Three-month minimum. Then we earn the next quarter.

We do not run "conversion audits" you stuff in a drawer. Our CRO retainer pairs an analyst, a designer and an engineer against your two or three highest-value funnels. Within month one we ship the first experiment. By month three you have a clear, attributed lift — or we have learned something useful enough to inform the next quarter.

What a CRO month looks like with us.

Week 1

Review last month's experiments, prioritise the next backlog, write hypotheses with success metrics for each.

Week 2

Design and build the next two experiments. Stakeholder review on Friday.

Week 3

Experiments live. We monitor for sample-ratio bugs, segment health and early outliers.

Week 4

Analysis, written read-out, roll-out decision for each. Lift gets recorded against the baseline.
