1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the website at vapordex.bond (the "Site") and any engagement you enter into with Vapordex Studio Sdn Bhd ("Vapordex Studio", "we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these terms.
2. Use of the Site
You may browse the Site, save its public content for personal reference, and share links to it. You may not republish content from the Site without our written permission, scrape it for AI training, or attempt to interfere with its operation.
3. Intellectual property
All written content, designs, images, and code on the Site (other than your own brand assets shared with us under engagement) belong to Vapordex Studio or our licensors. Case study screenshots and brand marks shown belong to their respective owners and are used with permission.
4. Engagement terms
When we work together on a project, the specific terms of that engagement are set out in a separate Statement of Work signed by both parties. Those terms take precedence over the general terms on this page.
5. Liability
The Site is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it accurate and online, but make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Our liability for any damages arising from your use of the Site is limited to the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising out of your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
