Bayan came to us with a wallet app that converted poorly at signup and a marketing site that did not feel like the same brand. We redesigned both, paid careful attention to the onboarding flow, and embedded a contextual help layer that replaced their old support deflection page.
Outcome: activation up 47% in the first sixty days post-launch, support tickets down 22%, and a brand line their team is comfortable defending.
