UX research that quietly de-risks your roadmap.

Interviews, usability testing, journey mapping and information architecture. The kind of work that means a design decision is defended by evidence rather than the loudest voice in the room.

Why it matters

The design phase is the cheapest place to be wrong.

A misplaced primary action or a confusing onboarding flow does not just hurt conversion โ€” it makes every downstream marketing dollar work twice as hard. UX research surfaces those misalignments before they get encoded in production.

Our research practice is led by Nurul Aisyah, who has run studies across fintech, healthcare and ed-tech. Studies are usually moderated, in-language, and recorded so the rest of the team and your stakeholders can watch the highlights themselves.

What we run

The research methods we lean on most.

G

Generative interviews

Five to twelve hour-long interviews with current or prospective users. Themed read-out for stakeholders within ten working days.

U

Usability testing

Moderated and unmoderated. Lab-style with eight participants, or unmoderated at scale via Maze or Useberry.

J

Journey mapping

Whole-experience mapping that pulls in customer support tickets and analytics, not just our researcher's hunches.

A

Information architecture

Card sorts, tree tests, navigation experiments. The unglamorous work that makes your site easy to skim.

D

Diary studies

For longer behaviour patterns โ€” e.g. how a customer decides between three brokers over a fortnight.

H

Heuristic audits

Expert teardown of an existing product against ten well-worn principles. Quick, biased but useful when budgets are tight.

What we leave behind

Deliverables you can actually use after we leave.

Insight repository

Tagged, searchable Dovetail or Notion library. We hand over the project so your team can keep building on it.

Highlight reel

Eight to twelve minute video of the moments that mattered. Designed to be watched by leadership, not buried in a deck.

Opportunity backlog

Prioritised, problem-framed opportunities you can pull into your roadmap or hand off to us for the design phase.

Workshop pack

Facilitation guide so your team can run the priority workshop themselves the next time around.
