Who we are
This site is operated by Vapordex Studio Sdn Bhd (registration number 1465382-X), trading as Vapordex Studio. Our office is at Level 12, Wisma Bangsar South, 8 Jalan Kerinchi, Bangsar South, 59200 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
What we collect, and why
When you fill out the contact form on this site, we collect the name, email address, optional phone number, optional company name and the project brief you provide. We use that information for one purpose only: to reply to your enquiry and follow up about the project you described.
When you simply browse the site, our analytics tools collect anonymous usage information: pages visited, approximate location based on IP, device type and browser. This data helps us improve the site.
How long we keep your data
Brief and contact form submissions are kept for up to 24 months from the date you sent them, then deleted. If we work together, the relevant correspondence is kept for the duration of the engagement plus seven years for tax and audit purposes, as required by Malaysian law.
Who has access
Only the Vapordex Studio team. We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We use a handful of well-known service providers — including our hosting provider, email service and analytics tool — and these process data on our behalf under contract.
Your rights under the PDPA
Under the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 you have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. You can also withdraw consent to our processing at any time. To exercise these rights, write to [email protected].
